Role Summary

 We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales & Billing Executive for our Bombay Dyeing Showroom in Aluva. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete customer journey—from the moment they walk in and look at products to the final payment and checkout.

Job Role & Responsibilities

As a member of our Sales & Billing team, you will be the face of our store, ensuring every customer has a smooth shopping and checkout experience.

• Customer Service: Warmly welcome walk-in customers and students; answer inquiries and identify their specific needs.
• Sales & Growth: Drive sales by recommending products, up-selling premium options, and cross-selling related items to increase total billing.
• Billing & Cashiering: Efficiently manage the billing counter, handle cash/digital collections, and ensure accuracy in every transaction.
• Pricing & Display: Assist in pricing products correctly and keeping the display shelves organized.
• Maintenance: Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and professional counter area at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for active and energetic individuals from the Aluva or nearby areas.

• Education: 10th Pass or below (Open to all educational backgrounds).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Math Skills: Must have basic mental math skills for quick and accurate cash management.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to remain active and stand for long durations during shift hours.
• Energy Level: Must be a proactive, "active" person who enjoys interacting with people.
