Should be able to provide quotation for new sites that come up Manage construction sites for Residential and commercial projects Manage materials & tools to & fro at site Manage labors needed and their day to day work as per schedule Manage clients, complete work as per schedule, and take measurements for final billing Should be able to manage end to end operations in a site Job Requirements: Should know Autocad workings Age between 24 to 40 Years Willing to travel extensively all throughout Kerala Should know basic word and excel Diploma holder in civil OR needed experience in handling sites independently Timing: 7.30am to 7.30pm Bike and car driving license – bike/car we can provide as per need Basic spoken English Candidates staying close to Perumbavoor / Aluva Salary starts from 20000rs/month Career growth guaranteed as per work/tasks undertaken/handled
