Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell credit card products to new and existing customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Lead Generation: Identify new prospects and generate leads through various channels (in-person, phone, email, etc.).

Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with credit card features, promotions, and benefits to effectively communicate to customers.

Customer Service: Assist customers with queries, complaints, and the application process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
