Job Description
- Convert enquiries into test drives and retail sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume, finance, accessories, and insurance).
- Follow-up systematically with walk-ins, telephonic, and digital leads.
- Maintain daily activity planner, enquiry register, and DMS entries.
- Promote exchange, accessories, AMC, insurance, and extended warranty.
- Provide personalized and courteous service to every customer.
- Conduct need analysis to recommend suitable vehicle model/variant.
- Explain product features, benefits, and finance options clearly.
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery process, including pre-delivery inspection (PDI) coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all OEM models, variants, specifications, and competitor offerings.
- Adhere to dealership sales process SOPs, including test drive logs, booking forms, and delivery checklists. • Ensure 100% compliance in customer data management and privacy protocols.
