Open Positions (Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Coworking Space–Related Work Required):

Community Manager

Manage coworking members, events, and client engagement

Ensure smooth operations and a great member experience

Operations Manager

Oversee daily coworking operations, vendors, and maintenance

Manage budgets, AMC, and ensure seamless service delivery

Front Desk Executive

Handle member onboarding, visitor management & coordination

Maintain records, calls, and front-office support

IT Administrator

Manage coworking IT systems, internet, CCTV & networking

Support members with connectivity and device setup

Sales Head

Drive coworking space sales and client acquisitions

Build partnerships and achieve monthly occupancy targets

Digital Marketing Executive

Run coworking lead generation campaigns and manage social media

Handle SEO, Google Ads, and content marketing

Accountant / Admin

Manage coworking accounts, invoicing, vendor payments & MIS

Support administrative and documentation tasks

Location: Ernakulam

Experience: Minimum 2 years in coworking space–related work required
