Client Relationship Manager

Manage daily clients to ensure they are using our prouduct and service

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer who are using our services and managing their data for sales.(Though our own application)

• Track booked service through our admin panel software, resolve delays, and maintain their records.

• Handle service provider (vendor) communications and handle and their complaits.

• Support team in building new marketing strategies.

• Ensure adherence to our service standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor degree or master; 2+ years experience.

• Proficiency in computer skills

• Strong organizational skills; preference for Alwar/Rajasthan locals.
