Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Company: Paytm
Job Location: (As per HR allocation)
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹26,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and install Paytm Soundboxes and QR codes in the assigned market area.
Achieve daily targets (minimum one Soundbox installation per day).
Consistently meet monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Incentive Structure:
₹150 per Soundbox installation.
₹100 per QR Code installation.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Willingness to work in the field and meet daily targets.
