Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (leads) to promote our wedding services and packages
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wedding packages
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and prospects through calls and WhatsApp
• Explain pricing, offers, and wedding service details clearly to customers
• Schedule site visits, demos, or consultations for interested customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets and calling quotas
• Coordinate with the sales team and operations team for smooth customer onboarding
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support over call
• Build strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business

Requirements & Skills

Must Have:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Confident and pleasing telephone manner
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp
• Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Good to Have:

• Prior experience in tele sales, telecalling, or customer service
• Knowledge of the wedding industry or bridal services
• Basic English speaking and typing ability
• Experience with CRM tools or lead management
