🎯 WHO SHOULD APPLY

✔ 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in LAP / Affordable Home Loans

✔ Strong field sourcing background

✔ Experience from reputed NBFCs / HFCs / Banks (experience from leading 8 players preferred)

✔ Hands-on exposure to:

Self-employed & salaried customer profiles

Property-based lending

Local market & connector ecosystem

✔ Hunger to grow with a fast-scaling organization

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Field sourcing of Loan Against Property (LAP) & Affordable Home Loans

• Relationship building with customers, prospects & business sources

• Building strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, CAs & brokers

• End-to-end processing of loan files – sourcing, login, documentation, sanction coordination & disbursement

• Maintaining portfolio quality & post-disbursement discipline

• Ensuring compliance with credit & policy guidelines

• Driving volumes with speed, transparency and integrity
