Field Executive

Job Title: Field Executive – Road Projects (Admixture Segment)

Location: Pan Maharashtra (Travel required across project sites)

Salary: ₹50,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of on-site trial experience in road projects, specifically in the admixture segment.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Field Executive for road projects in the admixture segment. The candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site chemical trials, supporting road construction projects, and coordinating with site teams across Maharashtra. The role requires strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals used in road projects and the ability to work directly at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site trials of construction chemicals and admixtures for road projects.

Travel to different project locations across Maharashtra to perform trials and provide technical support.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site teams during the trial process.

Monitor trial results and ensure proper application of admixture products.

Prepare trial reports and submit feedback to the management team.

Provide technical guidance on the correct usage and dosage of admixtures.

Ensure trials are conducted safely and according to project requirements.

Support the sales and technical team in demonstrating product performance on-site.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of road construction materials and chemical admixtures.

Experience in conducting on-site trials in road projects.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to travel frequently across Maharashtra.

Basic reporting and documentation skills.

Qualification:

Graduate/Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
