Job Summary:

The Unskilled Labourer supports factory operations by performing basic manual tasks. The role requires physical work, following instructions, and assisting skilled workers to ensure smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic factory tasks as assigned
• Load, unload, and move raw materials or finished goods
• Help with packing, sorting, and cleaning activities
• Operate simple tools or machines under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of the factory floor and work areas
• Follow safety rules and company policies
• Support production staff when required
