Role Summary:

We seek a dynamic Area Sales Manager to boost sales and manage dealer/channel networks in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Drive solar panel sales in the area

* Onboard & manage dealers/distributors

•Generate and convert leads

* Monitor market trends & competition

* Provide product training & support

* Meet sales targets & report performance

* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution

* Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Graduate in Engineering/Business/Marketing

2–5 years of sales experience (solar preferred)

Strong knowledge of solar panels

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Willing to travel extensively

Proficient in CRM & MS Office
