Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery items
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately as per standard recipes
  • Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of products
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area as per FSSAI standards
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures
  • Check freshness and quality of raw materials and finished products
  • Manage daily production as per demand and sales forecast
  • Minimize wastage and control inventory of bakery ingredients
  • Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for ingredients
  • Assist in developing new bakery products when required
