CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC turret punching machines, press brakes, or automated punching lines to meet production goals.
• Tooling Management: Select, load, and align tools (punches and dies) and ensure they are properly maintained and sharpened.
• Quality Control: Monitor machine operations to ensure precision, checking parts for defects to minimize waste.
• Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines.
• Operating a punch press machine;
• Cutting raw materials down to size;
• Measuring raw materials and finished product;
• Maintain a clean and safe work area;

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Typically 0.6–1 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically with CNC machines operation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding 
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (ITI qualification preferred). 
• Must be able to work with a team and independently;
