Factory Worker

Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Worker to assist in the manufacturing and production process. The worker will operate machines, handle raw materials, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth factory operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate factory machines and equipment as instructed.
• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods.
• Support the production team in daily manufacturing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Follow all factory safety rules and procedures.
• Inspect products for basic quality checks.
• Pack finished products as per company standards.
• Report machine issues or production problems to the supervisor.
• Help in maintaining tools and equipment.
• Skills & RequirementsBasic understanding of factory work and machinery.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Physically fit and able to lift materials when required.
• Teamwork and disciplined work attitude.
• Prior experience in sheet metal fabrication industry, machinery & equipment manufacturing, food processing machinery manufacturing, seed processing machinery industry, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Freshers may also apply if willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
