Location: Near Old KD Hospital, Ambala Cantt., Ambala


Salary Range- ₹19,000 - ₹24,000/month CTC (based on experience)


 

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. We work as an authorised channel partner of IndiaMART, which means our team is responsible for representing and promoting IndiaMART’s services directly to potential business customers.

This position is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or postgraduates who want to start their career in sales, gain hands-on client interaction experience, and learn how to consult, pitch and sell business services in a structured and professional environment.

Responsibilities:·

  • Reach out to potential B2B prospects (business owners / wholesalers / distributors) through outbound calling.
  • Complete your daily talktime and meeting targets by proactively engaging with prospects and following up consistently.
  • Identify suitable business profiles and qualify them as potential service users.
  • Schedule meetings with interested businesses, to sell the relevant subscription plans, and convert those meetings into successful sales closures.
  • Conduct field visits and in-person meetings within the assigned territory to explain platform features, benefits, and pricing options.
  • Present IndiaMART’s service offerings professionally and address client queries to support decision making.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful paid on-boarding for the platform by closing subscription sales.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects until final closure.
  • Share regular updates, call status, and meeting outcomes with the reporting manager throughout the day.
  • Update daily CRM with lead progress, visit reports, and conversion status.
  • Maintain relationships with onboarded businesses for renewals, referrals, and continued engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management to support business objectives.

 

Requirements & Skills:·       

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field OR 12th + min 2-3 years ITI Diploma.
  • Fresher OR Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Must have two-wheeler, RC (Registration Certificate), Driving License and Android Phone.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills preferred (Hindi or English).
  • High level of self-motivation.
  • Strong inter-team collaboration skills.
  • Basic computer Skills
