Job Opening: HR Manager

Location: Ambala Chandigarh Road, 05 Kms from Baldev Nagar. Next to Omaxe Greens, Jharmari (PB)

Industry: Engineering / Foundry / Manufacturing with CNC Machining.

Position Overview: Vishwas Overseas is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who can independently handle recruitment, payroll management, compliance with labour laws, and complete employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an engineering or manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and recruit candidates for engineering and manufacturing roles (Production, Quality, CNC, CMM, Accounts, Supervisors, etc.).
• Coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Conduct reference checks and finalize candidates.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.

Payroll & Compensation

• Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and timely.
• Maintain salary records, attendance, leave records, overtime calculations.
• Ensure statutory deductions such as PF and ESI are processed correctly.

Labour Law Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws.
• Handle PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) documentation, returns, and inspections.
• Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities when required.
• 🔹 Employee Onboarding & HR OperationsManage complete onboarding process.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation.
• Maintain employee personal files and documentation.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Support performance management and HR policy implementation.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum ___ years of experience as HR Manager in Engineering/Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in payroll management software (Tally/HRMS/Excel).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle HR department.
• Preferred MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in foundry or heavy engineering sector.
