Job Summary:

We are seeking well-presented, disciplined, and professional female Trainers/Senior Trainers for PTE and IELTS coaching. The candidate will maintain the highest standards of quality, integrity, and ethics while fostering a dynamic and positive learning environment that supports student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality PTE/IELTS training ensuring adherence to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
• Develop and manage all PTE and IELTS modules with consistency and effectiveness.
• Record daily attendance and generate detailed mock test reports for students, ensuring reports are available by the next working day after the test.
• Monitor, document, and report on student performance and progress, driving the overall improvement of PTE/IELTS scores.
• Maintain uniformity in teaching techniques and follow established daily lesson plans.
• Conduct regular classes and ensure active student engagement.
• Distribute homework assignments, assess daily tasks, including writing sheets and speaking exercises, providing timely feedback.
• Create and maintain a positive, forward-looking learning environment that encourages student development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.

• Experience in teaching PTE and IELTS with proven results in student score improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining discipline and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
