About the Role

We are looking for a confident Sales / Business Development Executive to communicate with International customers and associates through calls and emails, and handle regular communication and CRM activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and follow-up calls to international customers
  • Handle email communication with overseas clients
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and discussions
  • Identify new B2B business opportunities
  • Maintain professional customer relationships

Requirements

  • Excellent English speaking and written communication skills
  • 1+ year experience in sales, calling, or client coordination (preferred)
  • Comfortable handling international calls and email communication
