Senior Accountant

The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete accounting function of the company using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally
• Prepare and process Sales Orders and e-Invoices
• Generate and manage Returnable Challans
• Maintain and reconcile Statements of Accounts for suppliers and customers
• Prepare and file TDS returns
• Ensure timely deposit and compliance of ESI and PF
• Support dispatch-related documentation and coordination
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• any other work as per his potfolio

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally software
• Proficiency in MS Excel and internet usage
• Relevant accounting experience is mandatory
• Practical support and training will be provided after joining
