Senior Supervisor

Job Title : Supervisor/ Sr Supervisor/ Branch Incharge 

Location : Ambala/Jammu/Baddi/Solan

Main Accountabilities:

• Pan India Monitor direct and indirect costs, outstanding, and take initiatives to reduce costs while ensuring profitability.
• Drive business growth as per the strategic plan for the current financial year.
• Ensure timely booking and delivery of consignments with proper weight accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Follow operational processes and provide regular feedback to Regional/Controlling Office on operational issues.
• Monitor execution of operational plans and coordinate with Head Office for required support.
• Ensure all bookings are as per company policy and compliant with applicable laws.
• Take care of customer-specific requirements during booking and delivery.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for realization.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer grievances effectively.

 Qualification: Education

• Any Graduate Experience-
• Total 2 -7 years in Logistics or Relevant industry.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Strong knowledge of logistics operations, booking, billing, and compliance with a basic understanding of financials. Skilled in sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management with proficiency in MS Office/ERP.

Result-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and capable of handling targets, pressure, and cross-functional coordination.
