Site Supervisor – Luxury Lighting

Location: Ambala (Pan India)

Qualification: Electrical Engineering

Experience: 3-7 Years+ in Lighting industry (Events) & metal fabrication

Preferred Knowledge in electrical 

Requirements

Willingness to travel pan India and abroad

Valid passport.

Able to plan and manage client sites.

Handling site teams efficiently .

Strong administrative skills.

Strong process knowledge and experience of minimum 5 years in a production environment. Ability to head minimum 100 people with experience shown.

Background/Qualification – Electrical Engineering with grades above 70% - 80% from reputed university

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and control

Ability to liaison with government offices and authorities, if required.

Willingness to travel in India and abroad (must have valid passport).

Responsibilities

Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.

Resolving labour disputes, where requested.

Ensuring that production is on schedule and handling upcoming deadlines.

Coordinate and plan production priorities, work flows and schedule.

Ensure that all equipment, materials, and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes timely.

Manage performance reviews for employees.

Assist in documenting all work instructions and procedures.

Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.

Analyse overall budget and implement cost optimization initiatives.

Address employee concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
