South Indian Cook

We are looking for an experienced **South Indian Cook** to make authentic and tasty food for our restaurant.

### What You Will Do:

* **Breakfast:** Prepare Idli, Vada, variety Dosas, Pongal, and Upma.

* **Meals:** Make tasty Sambar, Rasam, Kootu, and Poriyal.

* **Batters & Chutneys:** Prepare fresh batters and authentic chutneys daily.

* **Cleanliness:** Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.

What We Are Looking For:

* Minimum 5 years of experience.

* Must know how to use a commercial Dosa Tawa.

* Must be able to work quickly during busy breakfast/lunch hours.

* Good hand for authentic South Indian taste.
