Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate who can handle multiple responsibilities including floor operations, cashier duties, and product promotion. The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to manage store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Floor Management

• Assist customers on the shop floor and guide them with product information.
• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of products.
• Ensure smooth customer flow and assist with queries.

2. Cashier Responsibilities

• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Operate POS systems and maintain billing records.
• Manage cash counter and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of the day.

3. Promoter Responsibilities

• Promote products and explain features to customers.
• Encourage customers to make purchases and increase sales.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in retail / sales / cashier role preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
• Customer handling and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems is a plus.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
