Hiring Residential Teaching Staff

Locations: Ambala | Yamunanagar | Patiala

We are inviting applications from passionate and dedicated educators for the following positions:

📍Ambala Campus

• Subjects: Computer, Mathematics, English, PRT (Primary Teacher)
• Requirements: Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant subject + B.Ed preferred

📍 Yamunanagar Campus

• Subjects: Social Studies (SST), Computer, PRT
• Requirements: Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant subject + B.Ed preferred

📍 Patiala Campus

• Subjects: Hindi, English, Science, PRT
• Requirements: Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant subject + B.Ed preferred

Eligibility:

• Freshers and experienced teachers both are welcome
• Must be willing to work in a residential school environment

Roles & Responsibilities :

1)Academic Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons as per the curriculum (CBSE/State Board).
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
• Assess students’ performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Maintain proper records of students’ academic progress and attendance.
• Provide remedial classes and extra support for slow learners.

2)Residential & Pastoral Duties

• Supervise students in hostels and ensure discipline and well-being.
• Participate in night duties or hostel rounds as assigned.
• Handle emotional, academic, and behavioral concerns of students in a nurturing manner.

3)Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom and hostel.
• Motivate and encourage students to perform well in academics and co-curricular activities.

4)Co-curricular Involvement

• Engage in school events, annual functions, and extracurricular activities.
• Encourage student participation in competitions, sports, and cultural activities.

5)Professional Conduct

• Coordinate with parents during PTMs and update them on student progress.
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training programs.
• Follow all school rules, policies, and safety guidelines.

6)Additional Duties

• Assist in administrative and exam-related work.
• Take responsibility for discipline, cleanliness, and decorum in both classroom and hostel areas.

• Residential facility will be provided by the school
