VMC Machine Operator

Job Title: CNC operator, vmc ,lathe

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in welding, fitting, and assembly of metal components as per technical drawings and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding methods as required.
• Fit, assemble, and fabricate metal structures and components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, grind, and shape metal parts using hand tools and power tools.
• Inspect materials, components, and welding quality to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and welding symbols.
• Operate machinery such as drills, grinders, cutting torches, and bending machines.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and secure work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other technicians for smooth project execution.
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Welder or Fitter in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Strong understanding of measurement tools (vernier, tape, micrometer).
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle heavy tools and equipment.
• Certification in welding (preferred but not mandatory).
