• 4. Service Etiquette & Table ServiceFollow fine dining service styles (American / French / Silver service)
• Serve food and beverages from the correct side
• Clear plates discreetly after permission
• Maintain quiet, smooth, and professional movements
• 5. Beverage & Wine ServiceServe water promptly and refill glasses
• Present wine bottle, open correctly, and offer tasting
• Serve beverages at correct temperature and glassware
• 6. Table Setup & Mise-en-placeEnsure proper table setting as per fine dining standards
• Maintain clean cutlery, glassware, linen, and crockery
• Check table alignment, chair spacing, and lighting
• 7. Guest Experience & Complaint HandlingObserve guest needs without interrupting
• Handle complaints politely and inform supervisor immediately
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• 8. Hygiene & GroomingMaintain high personal hygiene and grooming standards
• Wear clean uniform, polished shoes, and minimal accessories
• Follow food safety and sanitation rules
• 9. Billing & PaymentPresent bill only when requested
• Handle cash/card payments accurately
