Back-end Executive

We are looking for a responsible Back office to handle both retail shop operations and inventory. The role includes managing stock levels, updating inventory on online platforms, ensuring proper product display in the store, assisting customers, and coordinating order packing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily retail operations and customer assistance.
• Maintain accurate inventory and update stock.
• Track inventory movements (inbound, outbound, returns).
• Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store organization.
• Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Report stock discrepancies and low-stock alerts.

Requirements :

• Experience in retail or inventory management if any.
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
