Insurance Agent/Advisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Motor and Health Insurance policies. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting customers, explaining policy benefits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, references, and field work
• Contact potential customers and explain motor & health insurance products
• Provide policy comparisons and suggest suitable plans
• Follow up with existing and new customers for renewals and cross-selling
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer database and update records regularly
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in insurance sales / telecalling / field sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of motor and health insurance
• Ability to work on calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
• Target-oriented mindset
• Skills Required:Sales & negotiation skills
• Customer handling skills
• Communication (Hindi/English/Local language)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

• Location: [Ambernath West]
• Working Hours: [10 AM – 7 PM]
• Weekly Off: [Sunday]
