IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and related hardware and software issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including CCTV systems, internet connectivity, meeting room software and UPS systems.
• Plan, install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, network devices and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches and wireless devices.
• Conduct regular IT site visits for preventive maintenance and issue resolution.
• Support biometric systems including user creation, data transfer and device maintenance.
• Implement and manage antivirus policies and IT security applications.
• Handle procurement activities including RFQs, invoice processing and IT asset entries in ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, service call logs and warranty records for laptops, printers, and UPS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues within defined timelines.
• Support PA systems, EPABX/EPBX telephone systems and surveillance (CCTV) systems.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred, with a certification/diploma/course in IT or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure and network management within the manufacturing industry.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of desktop support, hardware troubleshooting and IT infrastructure.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, switches, routers and network troubleshooting.
• Experience in IT asset management, vendor coordination and ERP-based documentation.
• Awareness of IT security practices including antivirus and system protection tools.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple issues.
