Education Qualification: Any Graduate / Life Sciences preferred

Work Mode: On-site

Shift Time: 9 AM to 6 PM

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Medical Coders / Auditors with hands-on experience in HCC coding or Multispecialty coding. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of medical terminologies, coding guidelines, and compliance standards to ensure accurate and timely coding of medical records.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assign accurate medical codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS standards.
• Perform HCC coding for risk adjustment or Multispecialty coding as per project requirements.
• Review medical records, physician notes, and diagnostic reports to ensure coding accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, payer guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and documentation gaps.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as defined by the organization.
• Participate in internal audits, quality checks, and feedback sessions.
• Stay updated with coding guideline changes and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with QA teams and supervisors to improve coding accuracy and turnaround time.

Requirements :

Experience in HCC coding OR Multispecialty coding (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS

Good understanding of medical terminology and anatomy

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets

Preferred Skills (Optional) :

Coding certification (AAPC / AHIMA) – added advantage

Experience in US healthcare projects

Basic knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
