| Consistency in delivering the loan closure within TAT . |
| Ensure the part preclosure (for VF/Retail/HF) are processed within TAT and the new schedule are sent to branch. |
| No operational errors on closures. |
| Resolve under query cases, with rigor follow up with branches |
| Effective non complaint on closures and increase the customer satisfaction. |
| Top up / Normal Closure within TAT to be closed |
