Site Engineer

Job Title: Site SupervisorJob Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities and ensure work is completed on time, safely, and as per quality standards. The candidate will coordinate with workers, contractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction/site activities
• Ensure work is done as per drawings and plans
• Manage workers and allocate tasks
• Monitor material usage and site inventory
• Ensure safety rules are followed at site
• Check quality of work regularly
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors
• Prepare daily work reports
• Resolve site-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of construction/site work
• Ability to manage labor and teams
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Understanding of safety standards
• Problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (preferred)

Experience & Education:

• Diploma / ITI / Civil background (preferred)
• 1–3 years of site supervision experience (preferred)
• Freshers with site knowledge can also apply
