Project Manager

• Project Oversight (PMC Role): Manage the entire project from civil work to high-end interior fit-outs.
• Material Management: Strong expertise in sourcing, verifying, and reconciling construction materials. Ensure zero wastage and maintain quality standards for luxury finishes.
• Vendor & Labor Coordination: Supervise multiple contractors (Civil, MEP, Interior, Landscaping) and ensure daily manpower is optimized.
• Billing & Cost Control: Verify RA (Running Account) bills from contractors, perform rate analysis, and maintain a strict check on the project budget.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work matches architectural drawings and hospitality standards.
• Timeline Tracking: Maintain the Master Project Schedule (Gantt charts/Daily Reports) and implement recovery plans if delays occur.

Site Safety & Logistics: Manage on-site storage, labor safety, and local coordination in the Kukas area.
