Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) + Tips + Incentives + Accommodation + Food + Uniform

Shift: Rotational (morning/evening/night shifts, 12 hours)

Experience: 0–3 years (freshers welcome)

Gender: Male / Female (Haveli often hires both, but many postings specify male for stewards)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly with Punjabi hospitality ("Sat Sri Akal" style) and guide them to tables quickly, especially during peak hours.
• Present menu, explain popular Haveli items (e.g., Amritsari kulcha, lassi, tandoori items, sarson da saag, makki di roti, dal makhani, etc.) and suggest combos/specials.
• Take accurate food & beverage orders (use POS system or manual chit if needed) and relay promptly to kitchen.
• Serve food, beverages, and accompaniments (onions, chutney, salads, butter) efficiently and with a smile.
• Assist in table setting, clearing used plates/glasses, refilling water/lassi, and maintaining cleanliness during service.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, or additional orders politely and escalate issues to supervisor if needed.
• Support team in high-volume service: carry heavy trays, assist other waiters/stewards, and ensure fast table turnover.
• Keep dining area, service stations, and side areas clean and stocked (cutlery, napkins, condiments).
• Collect payments (cash/digital), issue bills, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and Haveli service standards at all times.

Requirements / Skills:

• Good communication in Hindi (English is a plus for tourists).
• Energetic, hardworking, and able to stand/walk for long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of North Indian/Punjabi food items (can train freshers).
• Pleasant personality, neat appearance, and positive attitude.
• Age: 18–55 years preferred.
• Education: No Education Required but would be added advantage if the candidate is 8th pass (or higher).
• Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Experience in restaurant/dhaba/hotel is advantage but not mandatory.
