About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven International Air Ticket Sales Executives/Managers to join our team across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales of international air tickets, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets for international air tickets by identifying and converting leads into customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers to ensure repeat business.
3. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of airline products, fare rules, and travel regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
5. Quotations and Bookings: Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, process bookings, and ensure seamless ticketing and documentation.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve customer issues promptly.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to improve sales performance.
8. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for travel/tourism/hospitality management).
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international air ticket sales or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is preferred.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with airline ticketing processes and fare construction.
• Multilingual capabilities to cater to diverse clientele.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
