We are looking for - Talent Acquisition Manager .

Managing the end-to-end process from job description creation to onboarding.

• Team Leadership: Mentoring, guiding, and setting KPIs for a team of recruiters.
• Employer Branding: Enhancing the company's reputation to attract high-quality candidates.

 Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, often 1 to 5+ years, with prior leadership experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Education: A Bachelor's or MBA degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is often preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, calmness under pressure, strong customer service focus, and the ability to work in a team.
• Grooming standard: Must have knowlege about grooming standard and pleasent personality.

Note - Candidates from Aviation/Aerospace. and Indian Learning and Development experiences will be preferred more.
