🏢 Position: Branch Head (1 Vacancy)

Eligibility:

• Postgraduate (Preferred) / Graduate in any stream
• Excellent Communication & Sales Skills
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the service industry (education or immigration preferred)
• Strong team handling and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales and enrolment targets
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Handle client inquiries and convert leads into successful enrolments
• Prepare and implement Sales & Marketing Plans and Budgets
• Assign and monitor team tasks effectively
• Stay updated with the latest immigration and education policies
• Ensure timely weekly reporting to management
• Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews
• Build a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture

💼 Position: Visa Counsellor (2 Vacancies)

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any stream (postgraduate preferred)
• Excellent Communication & Client Handling Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the education or immigration sector preferred
• Strong understanding of student visa processes (Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through the admission and visa process
• Provide accurate counselling on courses, institutions, and visa requirements
• Stay updated on international education systems and immigration updates
• Handle documentation, application lodgement, and follow-ups
• Achieve individual and team enrolment & visa targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships
