• Roles & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Provide accurate information about products or services.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints politely.
• Maintain call records and customer details.
• Follow company policies and call scripts.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
