We are looking for skilled Italian and Chinese Chefs along with Kitchen Helpers to join our restaurant/hotel kitchen team. Candidates should be passionate about food, maintain high quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

1) Italian Chef – Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces, and desserts

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards

Plan menus and assist with recipe development

Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Monitor inventory and minimize food waste

Coordinate with kitchen staff during service hours

Requirements

Proven experience as an Italian Chef

Knowledge of Italian ingredients, herbs, and cooking techniques

Ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

2) Chinese Chef – Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Chinese dishes (Chinese, Indo-Chinese, or regional styles)

Operate wok stations efficiently

Maintain consistency in taste and portion control

Ensure cleanliness and proper food handling

Assist in menu planning and stock management

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chinese Chef

Strong knowledge of sauces, spices, and wok cooking

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

Knowledge of food safety standards

3) Kitchen Helper – Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks

Clean and organize kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas

Support in washing, cutting, and storing ingredients

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen

Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff

Requirements

Previous kitchen experience preferred (not mandatory)

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Ability to work long hours if required

Basic understanding of hygiene and safety
