Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) — Telecom & Retail

Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Patiala, Rajpura, Khanna, Amritsar
- Job Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers at the store and provide product/service information
- Handle sales, customer queries, billing, and service requests
- Promote telecom plans, broadband, and value-added services
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management
- Maintain sales records and daily activity reports
- Coordinate with store and back-end teams for issue resolution
- Eligibility Criteria Gender: Male & Female

- Qualification: Graduate (minimum education required)
