Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Associates, to handle customer interactions across voice, chat, and/or email channels. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while adhering to defined process guidelines and service levels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally via calls
  • Deliver exception customer service to the customers
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Freshers & experienced candidates both eligible
