We are hiring Customer Service Associates, to handle customer interactions across voice, chat, and/or email channels. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while adhering to defined process guidelines and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally via calls
- Deliver exception customer service to the customers
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems

- Freshers & experienced candidates both eligible
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
