Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across guest rooms and common areas.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas including rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces
• Make beds and change linens
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean mirrors and windows
• Replenish toiletries, towels, and other supplies
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment
• Assist with laundry duties when required
• Respond courteously to guest requests
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical stamina (standing, walking, bending, lifting as required)
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
