Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Interaction

  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to sell motor and life insurance policies.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and pricing clearly.
  • Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Lead Management

  • Follow up on provided leads through CRM.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and call updates in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation.

Compliance & Quality

  • Follow IRDAI guidelines and company sales processes.
  • Ensure proper disclosures and avoid mis-selling.
  • Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction scores.

Customer Support

  • Handle customer queries related to policy renewal, endorsement, and basic claims guidance.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
