Insurance Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development

• Conduct induction training for new hires on:
• Motor insurance (private car & two-wheeler)
• Life insurance/Health insurance basics and products
• Insurance terminology, policy structures, and coverage
• Design and deliver refresher and advanced training programs.
• Create training materials, presentations, scripts, FAQs, and assessments.

Sales & Process Training

• Train agents on outbound and inbound insurance sales processes.
• Coach agents on objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques.
• Train agents on CRM usage, lead management, and call flow.

Quality & Performance Improvement

• Monitor live calls and recorded calls for quality evaluation.
• Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective training plans.

Compliance & Ethics

• Ensure agents follow IRDAI guidelines and company compliance standards.
• Train agents on ethical selling, disclosures, and customer consent.
• Reduce mis-selling and policy cancellations through effective training.

Reporting & Coordination

• Track training effectiveness using KPIs (conversion, quality score, TAT).
• Share training reports with management.
• Coordinate with operations, QA, and sales leadership teams.
