Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory & Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist in delivery challan management, inventory tracking, and basic accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain delivery challans accurately
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock tracking and reconciliation
  • Support basic accounting tasks such as data entry and record maintenance
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
  • Ensure timely updates in inventory and accounting systems

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes
  • Knowledge of Zoho Inventory (preferred)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
