### **Job Summary:**

We are looking for hardworking and reliable laborers to support our manufacturing process for dhoop, agarbatti, and other incense products. You will handle tasks such as making dhoop rolls by hand, operating simple machines, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Make dhoop rolls by hand as per product requirements.

* Mix raw materials according to defined formulas.

* Operate basic machines for rolling, cutting, or drying dhoop and agarbatti sticks.

* Pack finished products in designated packaging.

* Load/unload raw materials and finished goods.

* Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow safety rules.

* Follow instructions of supervisors/line managers.

* Carry out any other general labor tasks as needed.

### **Requirements:**

* Physically fit and able to stand/work for long hours.

* Comfortable working in a fragrance-rich manufacturing setup.

* Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required.

* Prior experience in incense, agarbatti, or similar manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.

* Ability to work in a team and follow instructions properly.

### **Salary:**

* **Starting Salary:** ₹12,000 per month

* **After Training (3-6 months):** Up to ₹15,000 per month

---
