Lead Content Strategist & Editor

We are hiring a Lead Content Strategist & Editor who can take full ownership of client content from research → strategy → editing → scheduling.

This is not just an editing role. We are looking for someone who understands content marketing, audience psychology, and growth.

If you only execute instructions and don’t think strategically, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Research & Strategy

• Research client niche, competitors, and high-performing content

• Identify winning hooks, formats, trends, and angles

• Create monthly and weekly content strategies for clients

• Decide what to post, why to post it, and how it drives growth

1. Content Planning & Scheduling

• Build content calendars (short-form & long-form)

• Plan reels, shorts, and long-form video topics

• Schedule all content consistently across platforms

• Ensure zero missed deadlines

Lead Video Editing (Short & Long Form)

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos

• Ensure:

• Strong hooks in first 1–3 seconds

• High retention editing

• Clean storytelling and pacing

• Maintain consistent brand style for each client

Execution & Optimization

• Handle revisions quickly and professionally

• Improve content based on performance feedback

• Coordinate with the founder

• Take full ownership of content delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 years experience in content editing / social media marketing

• Strong understanding of:

• Instagram & YouTube algorithms

• Hooks, retention, and viral content structure

Expertise in:

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut (advanced level)

Experience working with:

• Personal brands, coaches, or agencies

• Good understanding of spoken English & Hindi content
