Job Title: Field Promoter – Alco Bev (On & Off Trade)

We're looking for a motivated Field Promoter to drive brand visibility and sales for our core brands in the Alco Bev category! 🚀

Role Summary: As a Field Promoter, you'll be responsible for executing in-store activations, generating consumer pull, and ensuring compliance with trade marketing guidelines in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain in-store visibility elements like stickers, standees, and display units

- Ensure chillers and branded fixtures are clean, well-stocked, and compliant with guidelines

- Execute visibility drives and campaign-specific activations

- Capture and upload before/after photos of activations with geo-tag and time stamp

- Execute consumer promotions, engage shoppers, and drive sales

- Build strong relationships with outlet owners, managers, and staff

- Coordinate with sales reps and territory managers for joint activities and issue resolution

Requirements:- 10+2 / Higher Secondary pass from a recognized board

- Male candidate with a valid bike and license
