Job Title: Field Surveyor

Location: Amritsar, Punjab

Job Description:

The role involves conducting structured app‑based surveys using a smartphone with internet access.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys through the mobile app
• Submit accurate data on time
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets
• Maintain professionalism and data confidentiality
• Report field progress to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Smartphone with reliable internet
• Ability to use mobile apps
• Good communication & field readiness
• Basic data‑entry skills
• Survey/field experience preferred

Salary:

• ₹16,500/month (MPQ-based) + Incentives for extra work
• Trainee role with 9–11 months probation
• MPQ = Minimum Product Quantity (quality & quantity-linked pay)

After Probation:

• Regular salary with PF & ESI benefits
